This movie is a Disney rarity; a prequel to a move that also gets a sequel. The first film is a childhood favorite of anyone with ears and a heart who too felt like a fish out of water. The sequel seems to vaguely remember it is related to the original film. With pathetic musical number, an incredible cast of under appreciated voice actors and a villain who likes to get things done by employee review this movie was a real flop.
